Why photos need a hosted link
Email apps cannot read images that only exist on your device. The studio previews local photos so you can design freely, but the exported HTML only includes images that have a public HTTPS link. Otherwise it leaves them out and tells you. You can also add the picture directly inside your email app's signature editor.
Frequently asked questions
Is the email signature generator really free?
Yes. There is no account, no paywall and no forced watermark. A small "Made with Nomad VAs" credit is on by default and you can turn it off in the layout settings.
Does Nomad VAs see my details or photos?
No. Everything runs in your browser. Drafts are saved on your device only, and photos you upload are resized locally and never sent anywhere.
How do I add the signature to Gmail?
Choose Export, then Copy signature. In Gmail open Settings, See all settings, scroll to Signature, create a new signature and paste. The export step includes short guides for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.
Will it look identical in every email app?
Close, but not guaranteed. Outlook in particular ignores some styling such as rounded corners, and dark mode can recolor signatures. Send yourself a test message in the apps your recipients use.
Can my whole team use the same signature?
Yes. Build one signature, download the editable backup file, and share it so each person can load it and change their own details.
