What they handle

You go to appointments. They do everything else.

Listings, leads and files all move without you touching them — the only thing left on your calendar is time in front of clients.

Listing coordination

MLS entry, photo and copy prep, disclosures collected, and the listing live the day you promised.

Lead follow-up & CRM

New leads called or texted within minutes, long-term nurture worked daily, CRM clean and tagged.

Transaction coordination

Contract to close: deadlines tracked, signatures chased, lender and title chased harder.

Showings & calendar

Showings booked and confirmed, feedback collected after each one, your week routed sensibly.

Listing marketing

Just-listed graphics, single-property pages, email blasts to your database and social posts on schedule.

Comps & pipeline reporting

CMA prep before listing appointments, plus a weekly pipeline snapshot of every deal and its next step.

Who this is for

Paperwork is not the job you got licensed for.

Most of our real estate placements go to agents who lose their evenings to admin and their leads to whoever called back first.

Solo agents doing 12–30 deals a year with no admin support at all.

Growing teams who need an ISA on the phones and a TC behind the files.

Property managers fielding tenant requests, renewals and vendor scheduling.

Investors and wholesalers who need lists pulled, skip-traced and called through.

How hiring works

Four steps, about a week.

1

Discovery call

30 minutes on your deal volume, CRM, market and the admin you want gone.

2

Shortlist in 72 hours

Two or three vetted specialists, with a recorded call sample and past-transaction detail.

3

You interview

Meet your favourites. Ask them to walk a live file or a lead call if you want proof.

4

Onboard with us

We handle contracts, payroll and the first-two-weeks ramp. You just start delegating.

What a real estate VA handles

Every listing, lead and file, kept moving.

Fast follow-up, CRM updates and nurture in Follow Up Boss or kvCORE.

Listings & marketing

MLS input, photos, property pages and social promotion.

Transaction coordination

Contract-to-close checklists and docs in dotloop and DocuSign.

Scheduling & reporting

Showings, open houses and a clear pipeline report each month.

Questions

The things people ask before hiring.

How vetted is "pre-vetted"?

A transaction-timeline test, a live call screen for phone presence, CRM and MLS proficiency checks and reference calls to prior brokerages. Roughly 4% of applicants reach a shortlist.

Can they touch the MLS and contracts?

They work under your login and your broker's rules, doing data entry and document prep — not licensed advice. Anything requiring a licence stays with you.

Will they call my leads?

Yes — ISA-trained VAs work your new leads and your database on scripts you approve, and book the appointment straight into your calendar.

What if it isn't working out?

Tell us in the first month and we replace them at our cost. After that it's 30 days' notice, no penalty.

Your shortlist is three days away.

Book a 30-minute call. We'll scope your deal flow, confirm your CRM and MLS, and send you specialists who've closed real files — not résumés from a database.
