Nomad VA Workforce Solutions Ltd., operated by Joshua Yanong, is based in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines. We are the controller of personal data collected through this website. Questions about this policy go to hello@nomadva.com.

What we collect

• Details you send us. When you book a call, request a match, use a free tool or apply as a virtual assistant, we collect what you submit, such as your name, email, phone number, company, the work you need done, and, for applicants, your résumé and work history.
• Usage data. Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referral source. It uses cookies or similar identifiers.
• Security data. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for bots and may process your IP address and browser signals for that purpose only.
• Correspondence. Emails, call notes and messages you exchange with us.

How we use it

• To respond to you, scope your needs and match you with specialists.
• To review and onboard virtual assistant applicants.
• To run, secure and improve the website, and to prevent spam and abuse.
• To send service messages. We send marketing email only where you have asked for it, and every message lets you opt out.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, under appropriate confidentiality terms:

• Supabase, which stores form submissions and application records.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Google, for analytics.
• Cloudflare, for form protection.
• Email and scheduling tools we use to communicate with you.

When we introduce a candidate to a client, we share the details needed for that match with the client you are working with. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

Where data is processed

We operate from the Philippines and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. By using the site you understand your data may be transferred outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep client and lead records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting requirements. Applicant records are kept while we consider you for roles and for a reasonable period afterwards unless you ask us to delete them. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and under the laws that apply where you live, you may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Philippine National Privacy Commission.

Cookies

We use analytics cookies from Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking them does not stop the site working.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections and restricted database access to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting you occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Children

This site is for businesses and working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
