What most people call an early midlife crisis, Joshua came to call a compass. It didn't tell him where he was — it told him where he was supposed to go.

The question that wouldn't leave
Comfortable but unconvinced, Joshua found himself chasing a feeling money couldn't buy: meaning. He wanted his days to matter to more than just himself — to leave a dent, however small, in the lives of real people and the businesses they'd poured their hearts into.

Looking back, Joshua had always been a nomad — never planted, always adapting. He'd shifted between roles, cities and industries, quietly reshaping himself into whatever the moment demanded. He used to see it as restlessness. Then it hit him: adaptability wasn't his flaw. It was his craft.
The idea that gave it all meaning
