Application review
A person reads it — usually within five business days.
Paid skills task
Real work, scoped small, and we pay you for your time on it.

Do I need my own equipment?
A reliable computer and a stable connection with a backup, yes. Software licences — including the AI tools — come from us.
Is this freelance or long-term?
Long-term. We place people on ongoing engagements with one client, on a proper contract. Most of our placements pass a year.
What if there's no open role for me?
We keep strong applications on file and come back to them first when a matching client arrives. You'll hear either way.
Do you hire beginners?
Occasionally, for support roles, if the skills task is strong. For specialist roles clients expect a few years of real experience.
