Nomad DelegateIQ: free delegation planner
List the work on your plate, see what to delegate, automate, keep or cut, and leave with an editable 30/60/90 day plan you can download as a PDF. No login, and your task details stay in your browser.
Educational planning tool. Recommendations and time estimates are illustrative, so review them before acting.
What the delegation planner does
Most founders know they should hand off more work but are unsure where to start. DelegateIQ turns that feeling into a short list. You pick the tasks you actually do each week, rate them, and the planner sorts each one into Delegate, Automate, Keep, Eliminate or Revisit Later, with the reasons shown.
How the recommendations work
- Each task is rated on clarity, how easily someone could be trained, repeatability, judgment needed, sensitivity and suitability for automation.
- Sensitive or judgment heavy work is kept with you or flagged for review. It is never pushed into the delegation list automatically.
- Easy wins come first, so the first tasks you hand off are low risk and well defined.
- Time recovery is shown as conservative, typical and optimistic scenarios, after allowing for the review time a handoff still needs.
Built for the roles Nomad VAs places
The task library covers five kinds of business and nine specialties, including SEO, social media, paid ads, executive support, customer support, healthcare, real estate, outreach and content writing. If your plan shows work a specialist could own, you can hire a vetted virtual assistant through Nomad VAs. You can also use the plan on your own.
Frequently asked questions
Is Nomad DelegateIQ really free?
Yes. There is no account, no paywall and no email gate. The full dashboard, the 30/60/90 day plan and the PDF are available as soon as you finish the assessment.
Does Nomad VAs see my tasks?
No. Your tasks, ratings and results are processed and saved in your own browser. Only if you choose to send us a note do we receive your contact details, your message and the basic business profile you entered.
Does it use AI?
No. Recommendations come from transparent rules based on how clear, repeatable, trainable, judgment heavy and sensitive each task is. Every recommendation shows its reasons.
Will it tell me to hire a virtual assistant?
Not necessarily. The planner may suggest keeping a task, automating it or eliminating it. Tasks that involve sensitive data or strategic judgment are never marked as delegation candidates automatically.
How accurate are the time savings?
They are illustrative. The tool shows conservative, typical and optimistic scenarios after allowing for ongoing review time, and it excludes initial training and setup. Replace the example hours with your real numbers for a better estimate.
